If I can provide a negative number, my answer would definitely be yes. I have been trying to arrange private swimming lessons for my children. The front desk gave me the contact information for the director. I emailed the director, provided my phone number, and have followed up at least three times. I also contacted the front desk on three separate occasions. Each time, the front desk told me they would contact the director, leave notes, and speak with the director directly. It has now been almost four weeks, and I have not received a single response by phone or email. This lack of communication makes me feel that no one cares about helping my children enroll in private lessons. If you do not offer private lessons or if you are unable or unwilling to teach my children, please let me know. I completely understand and can look for another swimming coach or program. However, please do not keep me waiting without any response. Time is valuable, especially for children in summer, and I would appreciate a clear answer. Please respect to every one. Thank you.

This was my child's first time attending YMCA Summer Camp Falcon, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a parent, I was nervous about sending my child to camp, especially since they were in the kindergarten to first grade group. After talking with the staff before camp started, I felt so much more comfortable. They answered all of my questions, explained their safety procedures, and reassured me that the kids are always well supervised and accounted for, especially during field trips. Everything was very organized, and I liked that there was a schedule so I knew what my child's day would look like. The biggest change I noticed was how much my child grew over the five weeks they attended. Before camp, my child depended on me for a lot of things. Now they're so much more independent and confident, and it's been amazing to watch. The counselors were wonderful with the kids. They were patient, caring, and always willing to help. I also really appreciated how they handled conflicts. We only experienced one small issue during camp, and it was handled immediately. The counselors kept us informed about what happened, what they did to resolve it, and made sure eve

I visited Princeton for a week long conference at the university. The Y offered me a free trial, week-long gym membership, and it was a great experience. - Staff was kind and helpful. - Machines were functional and in relatively good state. - Locker rooms and showers were a bit smelly, but still ok for me. Overall a great experience. I canβt speak for the price and signup experience because sadly I had to leave.

The fitness center and men's locker room are shockingly out of date and look like they haven't been cleaned or repaired in decades. You have to go up and down stairs to get between them: the top level shakes (???) and the basement level smells horrible. There was almost no useful equipment (bands, dumbbells etc) that most gyms have in the yoga studios either. Very limited equipment, bathroom and water bottle stations available. Honestly embarrassing for Princeton that the facility is in such a state.
